How to Prolong the life of plasma cutter consumables
1. Cutting speed: Cutting too fast, too slow, or at the wrong distance from the workpiece will wear out the part faster.

2. Proper installation: Parts must be installed carefully and correctly if they are to work properly. This includes making sure the tolerances of the consumables match the current to be used, as well as proper assembly.

3. Regular inspection: Tracking the wear of parts prevents a worn part from prematurely damaging other parts. You need to replace nozzles and electrodes more often than other parts, and if they are left for too long, it will put additional stress on the entire system and reduce the quality of the cut.
