  YK330 Plasma Bevel Cutting Torch

Specially designed for plasma above 200A, the bevel cutting fine cutting torch has independent vortex ring compression in the internal cutting gas circuit, multi-layer airflow vortex structure, which improves the piercing and cutting ability of the torch, and independent cooling gas circuit of the torch and the EFI, which can take away the heat from the gun body sufficiently to ensure that the torch can be cut stably for a long time.

The electrode is the "heart" of the plasma cutter torch, igniting and maintaining the arc, transferring energy, and withstanding extreme heat and chemical attack. Its performance and condition directly determine cutting efficiency, precision and equipment life. Regularly checking the electrode loss and maintaining it properly is the key to ensuring the quality of the cut!

The nozzle is the "throat" of the plasma cutter torch, which directly determines the cutting efficiency and cut quality by compressing the arc, directing the airflow, and protecting the electrode. Regularly checking the condition of the nozzle (such as hole size deformation, inner wall oxidation) and replacing it reasonably is the key to ensure cutting performance!
 

 

The shield is the "invisible guardian" of the plasma torch, significantly improving cut quality and equipment life through physical protection, airflow optimization, insulation and heat dissipation. Regularly checking its condition (e.g. cleanliness, insulation) and replacing it properly is the key to ensuring cutting efficiency and safety!

The Swirl Ring, also known as the gas distribution ring, is installed between the electrode and the nozzle, and its main function is to make the input high-pressure gas produce high-speed rotating eddy current in the discharge cavity between the electrode and the nozzle, so that the plasma arc has better penetration and better cutting end face, and improve the cutting quality of the plasma torch.

Cooling core components: Electrodes and nozzles are cooled by circulating water to prevent damage from high temperatures.

How long do plasma cutter consumables last?

You'll notice nozzle wear primarily in the quality of the cut you are achieving. As the nozzle wears, the hole in the tip gets larger, which makes the plasma arc thicker and produces a wider cut (kerf) in your workpiece. You will be able to see with a simple visual inspection when the hole in the nozzle becomes too large and needs replacing.
