How do I replace the laser reflector lens of my laser welding gun?
1.Tools Preparation
Anti-static gloves, laser safety goggles
Hex key set, vacuum pickup tool, lint-free wipes + acetone
2.Removing Old Mirror
Power off and remove housing, purge dust with air gun
Loosen mirror mount screws, extract mirror using vacuum pickup (avoid touching coated surface)
3.Installing New Mirror
Clean new mirror with acetone (unidirectional wipe, coated side facing laser input)
Tighten screws diagonally (torque: 1.2 N·m)
4.Calibration & Testing
Align beam path using red pilot laser
Conduct low-power test weld, then ramp to operational power
